A glittering career sometimes hides some of the darkest stories beneath. Lesley Brandt was a guest acting support on the New Zealand television drama Shortland Street. Later she appeared in a Sci-fi drama called This Is Not My Life based on the anecdotal city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt appeared as Naevia as a hostage who was a teenager in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Her character was shown in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
